I'm running Windows 8 which I understand isn't compatible, but I've been looking at various workarounds for the incompatibility and it seems that this isn't the way that problem (usually) manifests itself.
I have a feeling I'm being an idiot here, but I was following the official step-by-step instructions after purchasing my Fast Track Duo and I can't open or extract the zip file of Pro Tools Express after downloading it.
